We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies aimed at driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and improving customer satisfaction for skin care brands within our network of professional salons, as well as other brands within our company's portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive product launch and lifecycle management strategies for assigned skincare brands in Thailand.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for our brand portfolio.• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive product adoption and sales growth across all brands.• Oversee brand positioning and messaging for assigned brands within the Thai market.• Partner with salons/hotels/clinics/wellness to ensure optimal product availability, training, and support for all brands.• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product strategy across the portfolio.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and other stakeholders.• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations on overall brand portfolio performance.• Any other assignment as instructed
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or MIM preferred).• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the beauty industry.• Proven track record of success in developing and launching new products.• Strong understanding of the Thai professional skincare market and customer needs.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools a plus.• Fluency in Thai and English languages required.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
